Welcome to Narowal Super App (“App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Narowal SuperApp mobile application and related services.
By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
To use Narowal Super App, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
2. User Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Narowal Super App reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these terms
3. Services Provided
Narowal Super App is a local e-commerce and food delivery platform that allows users to:
- Order food and products from local vendors
- Arrange delivery through third-party delivery partners
- Make payments through supported payment methods
We act as a technology platform, not the seller of products unless explicitly stated.
4. Orders & Payments
- All prices are listed in PKR unless stated otherwise
- Prices, availability, and delivery times may change
- Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways
- Narowal Super App is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks or payment providers
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- Orders once confirmed may not be canceled, except as permitted by vendor policy
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our Refund Policy
- Delivery fees are generally non-refundable
6. Delivery
- Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or vendor delays
- You must ensure someone is available to receive the order
- Narowal Super App is not liable for delays beyond reasonable control
7. Vendor Responsibility
- Vendors are responsible for product quality, hygiene, pricing, and accuracy
- Narowal Super App does not guarantee the quality of food or products provided by vendors
- Any complaints should be reported through the App support system
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the App for fraudulent or illegal activities
- Provide false information
- Abuse vendors, delivery partners, or staff
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App
9. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, and trademarks within Narowal Super App are owned by or licensed to us.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Narowal Super App shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Food quality or vendor service issues
- Losses caused by incorrect user information
Use of the App is at your own risk.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access:
- For violation of these Terms
- For fraudulent or harmful behavior
- Without prior notice where required
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
13. Changes to Terms
Narowal Super App may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the App means acceptance of the updated terms.
